I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the BAITY Boutique Hotel in the enchanting city of Aqaba, and I must say, this hotel encapsulates the best of what Jordan's hospitality has to offer. From the moment I set foot inside, I was greeted by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was effortless, and they did an exceptional job at making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Throughout my stay, they proved to be attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The hotel itself is a beautifully designed property, with contemporary comfort. My room was not just spacious and immaculately clean, but was also well-furnished with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and breathtaking view of the Red Sea and the city skyline. The hotel's location in Aqaba City is an added bonus. It's situated in a vibrant neighborhood with ample restaurants, shops, and local attractions all within 10-15 minutes distance. It's also conveniently located near the public beach. I had the pleasure of dining at their in-house restaurant and was absolutely wowed by the food. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, a perfect blend of local and international dishes. In all, BAITY Boutique Hotel offers a unique, memorable stay with its combination of a superb location, exceptional service and beautiful décor. by far the best thing about this hotel were the staff. they were incredibly friendly, really helpful and very patient with me and all of questions! As soon as I checked in I met Ayham and he was FANTASTIC! I ran through my plans for my trip and he gave me lots of other suggestions and gave me tips and tricks of the best routes and times to go to specific places. I also asked him about loads of other things such as places to buy specific items such as a car charger - not only was he able to recommend places but he also provided great directions of how to get there. I can honestly say that he made my stay! he was GREAT and I really think he deserves a pay rise!!! I also met Baraah who was really lovely as well. she gave me lots of suggestions of restaurants to eat at and even sent me links to them so I could chose myself. the staff here are incomparable, they make you feel safe, respected, valued and most important comfortable! the breakfast was also amazing as were the breakfast staff! the lovely lady who made me an omelette almost every day! I cannot say if enough the staff are INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC!

Amazing stay in Aqaba. New, modern hotel in a quiet part of the resort. The hotel has a free underground garage, which is very useful in this heat. A bonus is also the rooftop pool with sunbeds and a bar. The room has everything you need, clean, regularly cleaned. The breakfast is incredible in terms of choice and taste. A big thank you to the staff in the dining room, who tried their best to fulfill our wishes and make our stay perfect. In the bar it is possible to order beer, wine, alcohol, which is not common in Jordan :-⁠)The hotel cooperates with the private reptile club Saraya, where for a reduced entrance fee (15JOD) you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, beach. Towels are included in the price, but the prices of drinks and food are quite high. A few minutes' walk from the hotel is the city center full of shops, cafes and restaurants at very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to come back!

They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, I must mention the outstanding service provided at the front office. The staff members in charge were out of this world. They were incredibly efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the hotel and its services. They effortlessly handled any requests I had and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Staff were fantastic. They could not have been more helpful. Mustafa was so obliging & Baraah on reception who arranged so much for us. The staff will help arrange trips to Petra / Wadi Rum and the price was 75% cheaper than some packages. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is decent. For the price it’s a really good option. We would go back. You can walk into the town centre in 15 mins. A taxi will cost 3JD including a tip. Walk in & take a taxi back. The pool is like a plunge pool. It’s small but fine for cooking off in the heat. The bar area on the roof could do with some investment to make it really good but it’s fine and you will be well looked after.
